We will accept deliveries of all your official mail from the organisations listed below at your registered office and deliver these to you the same day we receive them as a PDF attachment directly to your email inbox
What will my registered office address be?
Unlike other providers Acorn Business Solutions do not use box, suite or unit numbers

How will my mail be forwarded?
As a stand alone service your mail will generally be scanned over to you the same day we receive it (no more waiting for the postman to arrive)
If you have another service with us we will follow the instructions on your other service for example if you have a mailbox we will put your mail in your mailbox and send you an email to let you know. If you have a mail forwarding service we will forward your mail by post.
If however you’d prefer your mail to be forwarded onto you instead of scan to email this can be arranged, the only difference is you’d be responsible for the additional mail charges.
Is there anything I cannot receive?
This service is to be used exclusively as the service address for officers of your limited company as such letters from customers and/or suppliers etc are not included in this service.
Mail from the following bodies will be delivered directly to your email inbox on the same day we receive them (optional forwarding by regular mail also available.)

Can I use the address as my service address?
If in addition to using our address as the directors service address (official correspondence address) you would also like to use it as the registered office of your company you will need to add the registered office to your account.

Is there a minimum term contract?

You are however free to simply stop using the address if you wish however there would be no refund if you choose to cancel early.
To cancel the service all we ask is for 7 days written notice (by email is fine) simply remove our address from Companies House and let us know providing 7 days notice and we’ll get things cancelled for you.
