Who can book a meeting room?
The meeting room hire from Acorn Business Solutions are open to any businesses looking for a cost effective meeting room in Manchester.
Do I need to be an existing customer?
No. It does not matter whether your existing customer or not.
What size are your meeting rooms?
We have meeting rooms in two different sizes. Our smaller room can comfortably seat 4 people around a table ideal for smaller meetings, possibly job interviews, meeting a potential client, your accountant etc. Our larger room can seat between 8 and 10 people around the central table.
Is there a minimum booking?
The minimum booking is just 1 hour. We also offer discounted rates for half day, full day and weekly bookings.
What facilities are included?
Meeting rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, the larger meeting rooms include a whiteboard, flip chart stand and a media projector.
Is there parking and public transport?
Yes, there is free on site parking and as we’re only a couple of minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station, there are great public transport links by Train, Metrolink (tram) and bus.
Is there disabled access?
Yes. We have disabled parking and our meeting rooms are on the ground floor.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. If you give written notice (by email is fine) 72 hours or more before the commencement of your booking then your booking fee will be refunded in full.
If you are unable to provide 72 hours written notice, then we can only refund the booking fee if a new booking for the same period is made.
Where no written notice is provided the meeting room will remain reserved for you whether or not you use it, in which case no refund can be given.
Can I change my booking?
To change your booking you must contact us at least 72 hours before the commencement of your booking, this means we can change your booking time/date and make the room available for rebooking.
Where contact is not made or the required 72 hours notice is given, you may need to pay again to change your booking.
