How it works:

To ensure our reseller services and the generous discounts are reserved exclusively for genuine resellers, in order to activate your account you will need to add a £250 credit. This is not a charge or fee, this will be added to your online account can be used when adding your clients to the system. - Receive your confirmation
Once you’ve signed up as a reseller and added the credit to your account, we will get your account setup with the preferential pricing. Once complete we will email you and let you know you’re ready to add clients to your account. - Add Your Clients
Providing you’ve ordered before 1pm on a business day your reseller account will be active and ready the very same day. Simply log into your online account to add clients (you can use the £250.00 you added in step 2 a payment) Each time a client has been added to your account, we will send an email to let you know their service is active and ready to be used.

Registered Office Reseller Mail Processing – The Registered Office service is limited to official mail only such as letters from HMRC, Companies House and other legal authorities (not to be used for general correspondence such as letters from customers, suppliers, banks, Google etc)
Official mail received on behalf of your clients can either be

Upon receipt mail will be scanned and uploaded to your online account. You will be notified of this via email, each time mail is uploaded.

If you’d prefer to collect mail yourself. We can hold the mail in branch. Each time mail is received we will let you know by email. You can then call into branch to collect.

One reseller (an accountant) purchases the registered office from us a £10.00 per company and charges his clients £39.99 per year (a profit of £29.99) however an other reseller (international) purchases the same registered office at £10.00 which he sells to his clients in Germany at 199.99 EURO
Does Acorn deal with my customers?
No! Our relationship is exclusively with you the reseller. The relationship is between you and your clients. You will deal with selling to your clients, pricing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
Why do I need to pay £250 to get started?
Unfortunately, to ensure our reseller programs remain exclusively for genuine resellers, we require a none refundable credit of £250.00 to be added to your account. This £250 can be used immediately thou to add new clients to your account. (initial deposits are used for new clients only and cannot be used for the renewal of existing services)
In the past people have signed up as “resellers” with the sole intention of getting their own service at a discounted price.
What is included in the registered office service?
This limited address share is to be used exclusively as the registered office of your limited company as such letters from customers and/or suppliers etc are not included in this service.
Mail from the following bodies will be delivered directly to your email inbox on the same day we receive them (optional forwarding by regular mail also available.)
Can the address be used as the directors service address?
Yes. If you wish to use the address as the directors service address simply selected YES when asked during the sign up process. This is charged at just £4.99 per company per year (this covers all directors of the same company)
Is there a setup charge?
No! However to ensure our reseller services remain exclusively for genuine resellers, we require a £250.00 credit to be added to your account. (this credit is held in your online account and can be used immediately to add clients)

Is there a minimum term contract?
Although there isn’t a minimum term as such, our services are available on different terms from 1 year to 5 years. The minimum would therefore be whichever option is selected during sign up. If you no longer wish to use our service, simply remove our address from Companies House and let us know via email so we can get the service cancelled.
